they are designed to fit US 10.5 and larger boot size. i think that 132 falls into that catagory

yes it does come w/ a removable derailleur hanger. So you can run a casette or SS setup.

They're actually pretty sick. The fork rides great. I don't know as though there is anything i'd change about the fork. Deff. a good fork.
